April 2013 Staff Meeting
This meeting will be a general staff meeting for discussion of the information listed below and any other information that needs immediate attention. If you are a new employee, please be mindful of these meetings and make note that they are held on the second Tuesday of every month. It is our duty to understand and take care of each other, so that we can take care of our parents and children.
Our Agenda
When: April 16, 2013 @ 5:00 p.m.
Attendance: All staff members, teachers, teacher assistants, janitors, cooks, family advocate, and director should be present.
Welcome: Greet all employees in attendance.
Old Minutes: Read notes from previous meeting and revisit any topics necessary.
New Minutes: Importance of greeting our families with a smile; Signing in/out; Timely paperwork completion; Cleanliness; Preventive Health Care.
Questions or Concerns: Open floor for any thoughts, questions, concerns.
There will be refreshments available for all employees during this meeting. Please help yourself to coffee, water, juice, chips and/or cookies as needed. Thank you in advance.
